The following checklist will assist us in being able to complete our work quickly and cause less disruption to your routine.
Prior to our arrival
To help ensure your safety and protection of your home's property, we recommend that you follow the following Customer Pre-Painting Checklist prior to our team's arrival.
• The office will call a few days before we are about to start your project with all the details regarding start time and any other concerns.
▪ Please make sure you have returned your color selection form 1-2 weeks prior to your projects scheduled start date.
▪ Remember to remove or disconnect all your blinds, audio, electrical & computer equipment. We can work around your modem for those of you that work from home.
▪ Store all your displayed knickknacks, breakables and other personal items from shelves, tables, cabinets, & counter tops and place them in boxes in another room for safe keeping.
▪ Un-mount pictures, wall hanging items & lamps & place them in another room.
▪ Remove towels, rugs, accessories from all rooms.
▪ If you would like to remove outlet covers & light switch covers, please do, this will help us be more efficient. If you don’t have the time, we will remove them.
▪ Remember, pets should be cared for so our team can complete their work properly and ensure the safety of your animals. Please make any necessary arrangements to keep them out of the working area.
▪ If any closets are to be painted, please make sure they are clear of clothing and items.
▪ All baseboards and flooring near areas that will be painted need to be wiped clean and free of pet hair and or debris prior to our arrival.
▪ For your comfort – if you are sensitive to odors (or if anyone is pregnant) you should stay away from the jobsite for the duration of the job.
▪ Please leave phone numbers where you may be reached during the day.
▪ Last but most important Please RELAX. You have hired professionals who do this every day. We understand the disruption caused by having work done in your home and we will do everything possible to make it as easy for you as we can.
